These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Flash Narrative, a product of VHM Corp. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
1.1
Scope of Service
VHM Corp provides an AI-driven media intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available data to deliver sentiment analysis, competitive benchmarking, and executive reporting. The platform is made available to corporate clients on a subscription basis.
1.2
Intellectual Property
Ownership
VHM Corp retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software, algorithms, ‘Diplomatic Pulse’ scoring logic, dashboard architecture, and all related intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to the Client.
License
Upon payment of applicable fees, VHM Corp grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform and its generated reports solely for the Client's internal business purposes.
Restrictions
The Client shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any component of the platform, including the scraping engine or scoring algorithms. The Client shall not use platform data or outputs to develop a product or service that competes with Flash Narrative.
1.3
AI Disclaimer
Flash Narrative uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate summaries and sentiment scores. While VHM Corp strives for accuracy and relevance, all AI-generated outputs are provided for advisory purposes only and should not be treated as definitive or legally binding analysis. VHM Corp expressly disclaims liability for any business decisions made in reliance on AI-generated insights provided by the platform.
1.4
Service Availability
VHM Corp targets a service uptime of 99.5%, measured on a monthly basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Clients at least 24 hours in advance. VHM Corp shall not be liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure failures or force majeure events.
